Hi,
my name is Nycole Leyba and I am your Professional Investors
Agent for the Greater Phoenix Area. My area of specialty is
within the City of Mesa and surrounding cities. My experience
with the real estate industry roots from the California market.
Upon my move to the Greater Phoenix Area, I have been able
to focus 100% on the needs of the individual investor.
Having
a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science, I have the
knowledge and experience of working with people. Which is
why I place myself out there everyday to find precise properties
for my buyers and market correctly to find buyers for my sellers.
Compared to other agents, I do not place all of my knowledge
on the MLS System. Many excellent properties are bought and
sold without ever being listed on the MLS. By working with
me, you will be able to tap into my network of owners, investors,
and fellow agents that consistently provide new and unlisted
properties.

Laguna Hills 1/2 Marathon.
